Nidhi Sinha – President & CEONidhi is the CEO of the company, a position she took on following a successful stint with UPS. At UPS, Nidhi was part of the Investor Relations group and her responsibilities included analyses of complex market data that facilitated decision support frameworks. In recognition of the markets need for decision support tools, and also to a large part to satisfy her entrepreneurial zeal, Nidhi decided to branch out on her own and took on the reins of Database Mining Lab, Inc. She brings to the company a strong understanding of financial drivers that are the underpinning of technology solutions; and she helps arrive at creative solutions that meet corporate goals. Nidhi has work experience of over 16 years and she has a Bachelors degree in Physics and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance. She is also strongly committed to giving back to the community and volunteers for many non-profit organizations, especially those that work for women’s and girls’ issues.

Andrea McKalvey – Senior Vice President, MarketingAndrea joined Database Mining Lab as senior vice president, marketing in April 2008. In this role, she oversees sales and marketing activities for the company. She has her several years of experience as an executive at several credit unions. Most recently she served as vice president/ member services at First Financial Federal Credit Union in Wall, New Jersey. Prior to FFFCU, she held vice president, marketing roles in two other financial institutions in Florida. She started her career in marketing and advertising and has spent the majority of her career in the financial services industry. With her strong background in marketing, she has helped spearhead innovative campaigns helping the company to achieve higher levels of success.She holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL.
